Corruption

As you know I have been homeless since July 19, 2023. My appartment was devastated by vandals. Despite that fact, I am still a russian senior officer. I just have one more rang. I am general now. I already said it but I insist. Please, don’t try to give me money like this morning. It is considered as corruption. If the woman who tried to force me to take her money reads this blog, I have a message for her : I left the money coin where she putted it. Please, don’t do this again. Thank you.

In the same way, I received the order from our Russian Council President, Dmitri Medvedev, to sleep in the railway station. So, don't try to take me elsewhere, homeless centres included. An exception : I can sleep in my children's home.

Other thing, I may not receive anything from the CPAS. So, don't go there for me. An aside: I don’t need my administration done for me. I do all this by myself. I consider as null and void any administration made by anyone other than me.
I may not accept any grant for homeless. It is punishable by prison because it is considered by Russia as fraud. Normally, I should receive my pension. So please, don't pay me a subsidy and don't ask one for me.
