Russian electoral system

I just read an article in the press that makes me point out some rules of the Russian electoral system. I already spoke about those rules but Journalists are deaf and blind, you know. 

Vladimir Putin may not be candidate of the next presidential elections because he already served four terms. In Russia, we may not be president more than 4 terms and and not more than 2 times in a row. 

In 2019, a modification of the system was introduced to the Douma, Mrs Lavrov spoke about that fact to the press, but it was fortunately refused unanimously by the Duma. I was deputy at that time. No vote was needed. It was a spectacular event in Russia. Sergueï Lavrov who was one who wanted to introduce that modification was illegally in the Duma and was expelled by the security. I remind to all of you that the Duma is the russian Parliament. Except if we go there with The President of the Council to speak about a bill project introduced by the council, the Duma is forbidden to the President, to Ministers and to members of the Council. Why so ? To respect the separation of powers. It was an unprecedented event at the Duma. They came in the Duma without Mr Medvedev, President of the Council and were booed.

We lived in Russia, by Sergueï Lavrov (former Minister of External Affairs dismissed from the FSB) and by Philippe Empain (former First  Minister dead while on trial), a coup attempt. Those 2 former ministers thought to get re-elected Vladimir Putin and to decide on him behalf. At that time and since 2017, Vladimir Putin has been ill. He couldn't even hold a pen. I represented him. I signed laws and documents on him behalf. I always signed like he would sign, according to his ideas and not mine. If he said to me not to sign a law, I didn't sign it. It was the case of the law project about the authorization to attack a civil aircraft. Vladimir Putin was against that project and so I didn't sign it. So, the law is not passed. If he had told me to sign it, even if I am myself against that project, I would have signed it. Sergueï Lavrov and Philippe Empain wanted to replace me as representative of Vladimir Putin and to sign documents according to their ideas. There was at that time that law project about the authorization to attack a civil aircraft. Philippe Empain signed it though he was only First Minister. The law was fortunately cancelled because he might not sign it.

There was hard times in Kremlin at that time. In addition to all that, Mr Tomatchov, supposedly come from Ukraine to be busy with the health organization, pretended to replace Dmitri Medvedev as President of the Council and wanted to reorganize all.

Following this attempted coup, the 3 accomplices were dismissed. We changed well the elections system but not the number of permitted election terms. Before, the President of the Council was also the President of the elections. Now, no more. 

For those who wanted news. The health of Vladimir Putin is fine again. And know, he signed again documents by himself.  Till the next elections, only him may sign a law. 

I take the opportunity of that post to make everybody knows that I sign myself documents concerning me. There are rumours about my health. They are false. So, every document concerning me signed by someone else than me are null.
