A flavour subtly fruity, punctuated by rafinated perfumed notes. The Sigri A is a coffee Single Estate characterized by its unique and pure taste of a single variety of coffee.

 

Origin

The Sigri plantation is situated in the Wahgi valley, in the high western plateaus of Papua-New Guinea. They are reputated to produce the best Arabica of the country. the coffee trees grow at an altitude of 1.550 meters. On a very volcanic and ground.

The Papua New Guinea Sigri is a direct descendant of the Jamaica Blue Mountain, one of the most exclusive coffee in the world.


Process

The berries are manually recolted and are carefully sorted and selected. For them free their intense flavour, they are washed several times during the fermentation process, then they are immersed again all a day. What gives them their lovely acidity and their fruity flavour, punctuated by rafinated perfumed notes
